Please Note: After the Inquiry Form is submitted, our Admissions Team will send you a direct link to the Application. There is an application fee of $25 per student.

Upon acceptance, students pay an enrollment fee of $400 per student.

 

All application forms and payments will be processed through FACTS School Management System.
